Now it’s time to start undertaking the work of implementing the changes we’ve identified and planned. Don’t worry, though – Arcade will be by your side every step of the way!
We’ll start by identifying your first Sprint Team – this is the group of people at your organization with whom you will work to achieve the first set of goals we’ve identified. We’ll meet up and set concrete goals with clearly identified deadlines for each action item. Some of the action items will be carried by members of your team, while other training and development items will be carried by Arcade. We’ll help you keep your team on track and get the work of development done, without missing a beat in the day to day work of your organization.
Often, early Sprint items include Time Management Training or Email Management and ways to improve your cash flow, like AR Coaching and Change Order Management. If we can free up some time and a little bit of capital, it gives an enormous boost to the development process!
